Risks

Tree partners should be aware that prices for timber and CO₂ credits are subject to constant change and can fluctuate significantly. Tree partners must understand that they are purchasing a future asset (timber from Kiri trees). The cultivation of trees involves risks, including natural disasters, price fluctuations in timber and carbon credits, and regulatory changes.

Tree partners are strongly encouraged to read and review the contractual documents (namely the contract and the General Terms and Conditions), which are solely binding, carefully before becoming a tree partner. Particular attention should be paid to the risk notices included in the General Terms and Conditions. Tree partners do not become landowners.

Investment disclaimer

All investments carry inherent risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and ROI figures are projections. We always recommend consulting with a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Translations

Kiri Farming reserves the right to translate documents, websites, etc. into other languages. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
